Session Description: Solo coaches often feel like they have two jobs: delivering great coaching and running the business behind it. The result is predictable: admin creep, reactive scheduling, inconsistent client-getting, and less presence with the clients they already serve. This interactive workshop gives solo entrepreneurs a practical, human-first operating system that frees **5–10 hours per week** so they can spend more time networking, converting prospects, and deepening facetime with their current roster.
Participants will build a simple weekly cadence that protects time for three priorities: client delivery and excellence (prep, notes, follow-up), client-getting (networking, outreach, partnerships, content), and business backbone (admin, finance, systems). We will also map a streamlined client journey from inquiry to onboarding to renewal, so the experience feels more consistent and more personal, not templated.
Finally, attendees will learn human-centered ways to use AI to remove friction without reducing connection. This includes session prep organization, follow-up drafting in the coach’s voice, content repurposing from anonymized themes, and lightweight automation that protects confidentiality and keeps the coach as the decision-maker. Attendees leave with a one-page operating plan, templates, and a 7-day implementation sprint to reclaim time and grow through relationships.
Learning Objectives::
Build a human-first weekly operating cadence that reliably frees 5–10 hours/week by protecting time for client delivery, client excellence (prep/follow-up), and client-getting (networking/outreach).
Streamline the end-to-end client journey (inquiry → onboarding → delivery → renewal) to reduce admin and friction while increasing facetime, consistency, and retention.
