Join us for an MCC focus group where you can connect with other MCC credential holders and contribute to the field of coaching. The wealth of experience you have accumulated throughout your career holds valuable insights into how coaches grow. What supported you? Where did you get stuck? By mapping out in this facilitated session what actually happens as coaches progress from beginners through ACC and past PCC to MCC-level coaching and beyond, we will zero in on what is most effective at all stages of personal and professional development. Your input will benefit coaches at all skill levels by providing ICF with insights to design future relevant programming, wherever coaches are in their development. This three-hour session will refine themes that emerged from the MCC roundtable at the ICF Converge Summit in Paris.
