Coaching is a field built on partnerships. Yet most of us coast on partnerships formed years ago. Anchored in the COACHBOCK chapter on "Honing Your Craft," this panel will consider how we develop as partners. How can we grow by deepening our partnerships with our peers, mentors, supervisors, and people outside the field of coaching? Which partnerships deserve our attention, and what does it cost to choose? And what could be more powerful, for us and our clients alike, than the partnership we learn to enter into with ourselves?
