Christine Nollen is Global Head of Coaching for VML in New York City, leading executive coaching strategy across the creative agency. With 20+ years in healthcare and nonprofit leadership, she coaches C-suite executives, provides team coaching for key client leadership teams, and designed the global Amplify program for rising executive talent. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at Public Health Solutions and administrative leader at Mt. Sinai Health System, she managed hundreds of millions in government funds and guided organizations through transformational change. She is Founding Principal of Reveal & Rise, LLC. Christine holds PCC credentialing from the International Coach Federation, certifications in Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, and Five Behaviors assessments, and M.P.A. and M.P.H. degrees from Columbia University. She serves on the board of Bridging Access to Care, and is an engaged mother to two teenage children.
