Jeanine Stewart, PhD, PCC is Owner and Principal at Maven McLeod LLC and creator of the NeuroMighty® framework. Dr. Stewart is a neuroscientist, former C-suite executive, keynote speaker, and master facilitator. She created the NeuroMighty® framework for adaptive leadership development, with a focus on leadership performance in Multi-Cognitive Workplace™ environments where humans and AI work as collaborative contributors. She has delivered workshops and keynotes on neuroscience-based leadership and AI-era organizational performance for coaching, academic, corporate, non-profit, and government audiences, including the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (2024), the University of Wisconsin Health Coaching Conference (2025), and the Hollins University Batten Leadership Institute (2026). She holds a PhD in Neuroscience, a fellowship in Neuroplasticity, a Professional Certified Coach credential from ICF, and a Senior HR Certification (SHRM-SCP). She has served leaders and teams at global organizations, mid-sized businesses, and startups across the US, Canada, and the UK.
