Dr. Lee Warner led reproductive health efforts at the federal and state government levels during his 35-year career. At CDC, he was Director of the Women’s Health and Fertility Branch in the Division of Reproductive Health, where he led national surveillance systems regarding the health of women and infants, oversaw development of contraception guidance for healthcare providers to use with their patients, and led adolescent reproductive health initiatives. He transitioned to executive coaching in summer of 2025, where he now partners with senior leaders across public health, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and government navigating growth, transition, or burnout. Current clients include executive directors, university deans, institute directors, and senior public health leaders. Dr. Warner holds a PhD in Epidemiology from Emory University’s School of Public Health, a BS in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Executive Coaching Certificates from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
