Optify
Pam Krulitz founded Optify in 2018 with a mission to make coaching more accessible to leaders at every stage of their career. She has combined a wealth of experience as a practitioner, student and teacher of leadership coaching with her roots as a technologist to envision and create the Optify coaching platform and its measurement and reporting capabilities.
Throughout her coaching career, Pam has provided 1:1 coaching for hundreds of leaders across industries including professional services, technology, finance and trade associations. She draws on her coaching skills to design and facilitate integrated leadership development experiences combining workshops and assessments with human and AI coaching.
Pam has served on the faculty of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program from which she graduated in 2004. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary.
