Christine Kotik, PCC, NBC-HWC, is the founder of CK ADHD Coaching & Consulting and an experienced executive function and ADHD coach who helps individuals and organizations understand how the brain influences focus, decision making, and sustainable change. With over 11 years of coaching experience and a background in accounting, education, and health and wellness, Christine brings a multidisciplinary lens to her work, integrating neuroscience, physiology, and practical coaching strategies.
Christine works with professionals and students who want to better understand how their brains work so they can build systems that support clarity, follow-through, and well-being. Her work explores the intersection of coaching presence, executive function, and nervous system regulation.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), President of the ICF Columbus Chapter, and sits on the Boards of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, NSA Ohio, and the Midwest Coaches Development Council. Christine is a frequent speaker known for translating complex brain science into practical tools that create meaningful change.
