Valerie Bath is an international speaker, coach trainer, and CEO of the Global Coach Center, recognized for her work in Cultural EQ, cross-cultural leadership, and globally effective coaching. With 25 years of experience, she helps coaches, executives, and organizations navigate the cultural dynamics that shape communication, trust, feedback, and decision-making. Valerie launched her international career at Texas Instruments Semiconductor, where she spent six years in training leadership, and later held global change management roles at Accenture for four years. She has spoken at Intersect, BambooHR, ICF chapter meetings, ATD chapter meetings, and the Orange County FPA. Her clients include SAP, Boeing, Microsoft, Disney, Toyota, Cognizant, and ING. Having worked across Asia, Europe, and North America, Valerie is known for helping leaders and coaches build trust and effectiveness across cultures. Through her Cultural EQ programs and 4C's Culture Mastery Process, she provides tools to lead, coach, and collaborate with global impact.
