David is an executive coach, leadership development practitioner, and educator with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and organizations unlock talent and accelerate growth. He serves as Head Coach at Samsung Electronics America, where he designs and leads coaching initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, organizational culture, and talent development across global teams.
In addition to his corporate role, Coach Lipsky is an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, where he teaches executive coaching and mentors emerging coaches. His work integrates evidence based leadership research, cross cultural coaching experience across more than 15 countries, and a practical focus on behavioral change that leaders can apply immediately in complex environments. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and is committed to advancing coaching as a catalyst for leadership and human potential.
