Lisa Spinelli, PCC, CMC, is the founder and president of Blue Pinecone Consulting. After 20+ years in journalism and content marketing, Lisa went on discover her love for career development at the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She began career coaching soon after and left her director level role at an L&D organization in 2023 to start Blue Pinecone Consulting. She has since become a Certified Mentor Coach and sits on the DC ICF Metro Chapter board as the Events Director.
