Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy
Dr. Saadat Bagherigaleh, MD, is a neuroscience-informed leadership coach and a faculty member at the Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy. Her work combines AI literacy, reflective teaching methods, and competency-based coach training to help coaches practice ethically, stay present, and keep pace as technology reshapes the field.
Trained in both Western medicine (MD, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Iran) and Traditional East Asian medicine (MS, New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS University, US), she brings a deep, integrative understanding of human development. She has held roles as a postdoctoral fellow and faculty member at MCPHS University and as department chair and thesis advisor at Emperor's College, teaching graduate and doctoral students in the biomedical and integrative sciences.
Over the past four years, she has delivered more than 2,000 coaching sessions to leaders and professionals across Fortune 500 organizations. Her current work focuses on designing AI-integrated learning models that strengthen presence, reflective capacity, and ethical maturity in coach training and practice.
