Jackson, Sr., PCC, ESIA, EIA, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps veteran and civil servant with more than three decades of distinguished service and the Principal Coach of Total Brilliance Coaching. Drawing on a wealth of leadership and operational experience, Reginald specializes in coaching emerging leaders, executives, veterans of the armed forces, and government professionals navigating high-stakes environments and transitions.
