Alex honed his expertise during a 7-year tenure at Apple, where he coached employees across North America in English and Spanish to master adult learning and team motivation. Later, at Compass Real Estate, he navigated the high-stakes transition from startup to post-IPO, scaling his team from 4 to over 30 members.
Today, Alex has delivered over 1,500 coaching hours to senior leaders at organizations like Google, LinkedIn, and Louis Vuitton. Rooted in curiosity and compassion, his approach empowers high-performers to master their mindset and energy. Alex holds a B.A. from UC San Diego and is an avid cyclist and outdoorsman based in Los Angeles.
