Mayra Hernandez, ACC, CPCC, is a bilingual leadership coach and facilitator who spent 15+ years as a chemical engineer leading large-scale teams in the wine, spirits, and glass manufacturing industries before founding Mayra Hernandez Coaching. She specializes in leadership development & mindset, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and neuroscience-based approaches to personal and professional growth.
Mayra serves as a leadership coach for organizations including the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation, the University of Michigan's M-Lead Program, and Dream Big Darling's FLOurish program. She designs and delivers bilingual workshops and leadership cohorts for diverse audiences: from emerging leaders to executives, women and young professionals in the wine industry, and she has been leading transformational women's retreats in Bali since 2023
