Chelesea Lewellen, PCC, ACTC, EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner and AC Fellow, is an executive and team coach, facilitator and scholar practitioner dedicated to helping leaders and teams thrive through coaching, learning and reflective practice. She partners with clients to navigate complexity, strengthen leadership capacity and cultivate psychologically safe environments where people can perform, learn and grow.
A former Faculty Member, Executive Coach and Team Coach with the Federal Executive Institute and Center for Leadership Development, Chelesea has coached, facilitated and developed leaders across U.S. government agencies, higher education and nonprofit organizations. Her experience includes executive and team coaching engagements both domestically and internationally, as well as leadership development, facilitation and curriculum design for organizations including USAID, the Department of Defense, NSA and other federal agencies. Her work integrates executive coaching, team coaching, adult learning, emotional intelligence and human centered leadership to support meaningful growth and sustainable change.
Chelesea is an active contributor to the global coaching profession through leadership, volunteer service and professional communities including the International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Association for Coaching and Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching. Her research and practice explore leadership development, psychological safety, equity, wellbeing and the conditions that help individuals, teams and organizations flourish.
