Associate Professor
West Bengal State University, India
Dr. Shampa Das Mondal holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Language and serves as an Associate Professor in Philosophy under West Bengal State University, India. A Certified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, she is also currently completing her coach education program and awaiting her ACC credentialing — bringing together a rare blend of academic rigor, clinical depth, and coaching practice.
She is the Founder of Pivot Point, a community for adults, and Unfolding, a community for children — both built around a single purpose: helping people become self-aware and live authentically. Her mission is to reach students within academic institutions — working through administrative authorities, teachers, support staff, and parents — to help unlock their fullest potential so they can live the life they are truly meant to live, not one shaped by someone else's expectations.
At the heart of her work lies a strong conviction: that integrating a coaching culture into education can profoundly strengthen leadership and unleash human potential, transforming not just individual lives but the institutions that shape them.
Dr. Das Mondal is currently developing The Art of Believing, a project dedicated to helping people believe in themselves, step into self-empowerment, and consciously build the life they want.
Drawing on Philosophy and Coaching, she brings a multidimensional lens to the question of human potential — one that moves fluidly between the conceptual and the deeply personal, the institutional and the individual. Her work stands at the intersection of self-awareness and systemic change, offering a vision of education and growth rooted in authenticity.
As a member of the global coaching community, she remains committed to advancing coaching as a transformative force within education and society.
