Dr. Fred Gatty is a leadership scholar-practitioner with mission of helping organizations align strategy, culture, and leadership capability through executive coaching, organizational development, and strategic advisory.
As Principal of Gatts Consulting, Fred has spent 15+ years partnering with leaders to navigate complex organizational change. His client work spans executive coaching, leadership development, and culture transformation, with a particular focus on helping leaders cultivate influence across hierarchical boundaries.
Fred has developed evidence-based frameworks grounded in communication research and organizational psychology, including the Six Habits of Effective Communicators, and the DARE Coaching Model.
