Kat Sweeney, ACC, is an ADHD Coach, speaker, and DEIBJ leader who is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, valued, and supported. She serves as DEIBJ Director for the ICF Upstate New York Charter Chapter, co-leads the ICF People with Disabilities Member Resource Group, and was a member of the global task force that helped name the ICF Kaleidoscope LGBTQIA+ Member Resource Group. With more than a decade of experience in advocacy, belonging-focused education, and community leadership, Kat's work centers on neurodiversity, disability, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and authentic connection. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, she helps individuals and organizations build cultures where people can show up as their full selves. Through coaching, speaking, and community-building, Kat is committed to turning belonging from an aspiration into a lived experience.
