Executive Business Coach, HR Professional ONLY HOLY, Greece
Session Description: One of the most powerful outcomes of coaching is helping clients see their situations from new perspectives. Yet both coaches and clients can quickly move toward interpretation and problem solving without fully exploring what is present in the moment.
Visual art offers a powerful opportunity to slow perception and expand awareness. A single artwork can evoke multiple interpretations depending on the viewer’s perspective, assumptions, and experiences. By engaging with art through structured observation and inquiry, coaches can strengthen the skills of curiosity, presence, and deep listening.
In this interactive presentation, participants will explore how art-based observation can deepen reflective dialogue in coaching conversations. Using selected artworks as prompts, participants will practice slowing down interpretation, noticing subtle details, and asking open-ended questions that invite new insight.
Through guided exercises and self reflection, participants will experience how perspective shifts can unlock new awareness for clients. Attendees will leave with a practical method for integrating visual reflection into coaching conversations to support deeper insight, curiosity, and perspective taking.
