Erin Hutchins, MCC, is an Executive Coach, leadership educator, and pioneer in the integration of embodiment and coaching. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of ACT Leadership, she has spent more than two decades helping leaders, coaches, and organizations unlock greater awareness, choice, and performance. She is the co-creator of ACT's internationally recognized coaching programs and the creator of the Embodied Coaching Mastery Program, designed to deepen coaching presence and transformational impact through embodied awareness.
A Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Erin also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Brown University School of Professional Studies, where she co-developed and teaches programs in Leadership Performance Coaching, Team Coaching, and Leader as Coach.
Erin's work brings together evidence-based coaching, leadership development, nervous system awareness, and embodied practice to help individuals move beyond insight into meaningful and lasting change. She has coached and developed thousands of leaders across industries and mentored coaches around the world for more than a decade.
Known for her engaging, experiential approach and ability to create transformative learning environments, Erin helps people reconnect with their authentic leadership, expand their capacity for choice, and lead with greater presence, resilience, and impact.
