Melinda Glowacki has over 25 years of experience in education, serving as a high school English teacher, a Director of Literacy, and a leadership coach. Over the past decade, she has designed and delivered countless hours of leadership coaching and professional learning for educators and leaders in the private sector. Melinda’s writing advocates for the transformative power of coaching and leadership development, with articles featured in Educational Leadership, The Learning Professional, Coaching World, and California English. In addition to writing, Melinda enjoys leading workshops and presenting at conferences across the country, including the ISTE+ASCD Annual Conference, ICF Converge, and Learning Forward.
Melinda holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.Ed. from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition to her extensive coaching experience in education and the private sector, she is an active member of ICF’s Orange County Chapter. Currently, she supervises teacher candidates in the School of Education at the University of California, Irvine, and consults for local educational organizations.
