Rachel DeCarlo is an organizational change and transformation leader who believes lasting change happens at the intersection of systems and people. A CCMP/Prosci-certified change practitioner and Co-Active-trained, ICF ACC-certified coach, she has spent her career integrating these two disciplines, helping individuals, teams, and organizations move through transformation with clarity and resilience.
For four years, Rachel volunteered with the ACMP/ICF Joint Task Force, exploring how change management and coaching together drive stronger outcomes for both people and organizations. That work continues to shape her practice today: she specializes in organizational change strategy and deployment, team development, organizational health, and strategic facilitation, with a mission to elevate the success of every transformation she touches, individual and organizational alike.
Rachel currently leads change and organizational development work at Integrated Solutions Group (ISG), where she partners with public sector clients across the country. She also runs Motus Change, her own coaching practice supporting individual clients on their leadership and growth journeys.
Outside of work, Rachel lives in Seattle with her husband, daughter, and their spirited Border Collie Lab mix, Luna May. She's a published children's book author (Lunacorn), a slow but determined runner regularly training for sprint triathlons, and a committed traveler who has lived in four countries and visited 32.
